I'm Postdoctoral fellow funded by the PEPR eNSEMBLE project, hosted at LISN (CNRS, Université Paris-Saclay) in collaboration with STMS IRCAM, supervised by Jules Françoise (LISN) and Frédéric Bevilacqua (IRCAM). Working on Collaborative Training of Neural Sound Synthesis Models for Musical Performance

With a PhD in Computer Science about privacy and transparency in machine learning used for rehabilitation with IMU sensors, my research now focuses on the study of machine learning technology situated in human musical practices thanks to qualitative, quantitative, and practice-based methods. My research adopts a critical perspective on this technology, as a way to include socio-cultural, and inclusive dimensions of human musical expression.

• June 2026 — I will be attending the 4-day workshop "AI Music: Critical Interdisciplinary Perspectives, Beyond Ethics" (June 17–20) organized by researchers from the MusAI ERC project in London. I will then be at NIME 2026 (June 23–26) co-organizing the Student Consortium. Finally, I will attend the NIME Open Day on June 27 at the Augmented Instruments Lab in London.
• April 2026 — Paper accepted at Creativity & Cognition 2026 (C&C'26)! Collective Craft: How Artists Collaborate to Train AI-based Audio Synthesis Model for Music — a qualitative study based on interviews with artist collectives using neural sound synthesis models — will be presented in July.
• March 2026 — Paper accepted at CSCW 2026! A study reflecting on 18 months of research with Baptiste Caramiaux and Alejandro VanZandt Escobar on the co-design of musical interfaces with and for children with ASD will be presented in October. (paper coming soon)
• January 2026 — I am honored to be part of the organizing committee of the New Interfaces for Musical Expression (NIME) 2026 conference in London, specifically as Student Consortium Chair.
